All is Well Security Services, is a vibrant and fast growing Security Provider established in 2007 to counter the rapidly changing Crime pattern in South Africa. Our success in providing office and home protection effectively lies in adapting to the client needs and developing solutions that are tailor made for that incident. All is Well undertakes partnerships with clients, community and regulatory bodies in combating crime.
We support the principle ‘management by objectives’ to determine set objectives or standards when measuring our performance. This is determined by mutual agreement and adherence to the performance standard, which thereafter will be the only acceptable norm, forms the basis to determine training needs. In this regard, a holistic approach is accomplished with the emphasis on the overall service. The client may adjust the standards at any given time to comply with their objectives, but however no flexibility or compromise will be allowed once the parameters are mutually determined.
